This is the full kit: a 10 gallon copper distiller with a 220V element and controller, ready to set up and run. There's no propane and no open flame. You get heat you can dial in and a setup built for careful, repeatable work. It's priced at $1100.
Everything in one setup
It comes with the pot, cap, thumper, worm, and temperature gauge, so you can watch the numbers as the run goes. It arrives fully assembled. Unlike a moonshine kit, there's no soldering. Each still is water tested for leaks before it leaves the shop.
Control is the experiment
The controller on the 220V element lets you set the heat and change it while you watch the temperature gauge. Note what you did, compare it with the last run, and refine. That's the scientist's method applied to an old craft.
A thumper built for curiosity
This unit has the stainless EZ Seal Cap and a 4 inch fruit port on the thumper. That wide port is an invitation to experiment. See what changes when you add something to the thumper, and enjoy the bit of alchemy that comes with it.
